Terms & conditions
The short version: you get a personal license to the courses you buy, payment is one-time with a 30-day money-back guarantee, please don't share or resell the content, and use kambolab lawfully.
Who we are
kambolab is run by marble - Patryk Domałeczny, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (Tarnowskie Góry, NIP: 6452557419). When these terms say "we", that's who you're agreeing with.
Who can use kambolab
You need to be at least 16 and able to enter a binding agreement. Please keep your account details accurate.
Your account
Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
Courses and payments
- Paid courses are a one-time payment. The price is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- 30-day money-back, no questions asked: if it's not for you, email us within 30 days of buying a course and we'll refund you in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days, and end your access to that course.
- Lifetime access: a course you buy is yours for as long as kambolab exists, including any updates we make to it.
What you can do with the content
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it to learn. Anything you build is yours. Please don't share your account, redistribute, or resell the course materials.
Third-party tools
Our courses teach you to use tools we don't make, like Claude Code. You'll need your own account for those, and their pricing and terms are between you and their makers (like Anthropic). If a tool changes, we update the course, but we can't promise a third-party tool will always work the same way or cost the same.
Acceptable use
Don't use kambolab for anything illegal, and don't try to break or scrape the platform.
Availability and changes
We improve and update courses and the platform over time. We aim to keep things running smoothly, but can't promise zero downtime.
The boring-but-important bits
kambolab is provided "as is," for education. It isn't professional, legal, or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us.
Ending things
You can stop using kambolab any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as kambolab grows. When we do, we'll update the date at the top, and for meaningful changes we'll let you know by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law.
