Fig. 01About me
Before I write a line of code, I want to understand how your business works.
Kambolab is one person. By day I lead a small engineering team that owns an entire SaaS product, from idea, through code, to customer support. Over the years I watched projects lose their point at every handoff, from sales to design, design to development, development to support.
So I do it myself, from the first call to the last button. You talk to the person who designs and writes the code, and who picks up the phone when something breaks. I build with AI, which is why it is fast and priced for a small business.

Fig. 02Principles
Four things I hold to.
- 01
Plain
I speak like a human. No jargon, no 40-slide decks.
- 02
Honest
If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, I say so. I only build what pays off.
- 03
Remote
I work fully remote with businesses across Europe. Calls, a weekly link to the work and one inbox, wherever you are.
- 04
Fast
First working version in weeks, not months. Then we add.
Fig. 03The road
Twelve years of code. From local business websites to teams that work with AI.
I started with websites for businesses down the street. Then nine years on a product where one bug in a contract cost a customer money. I am coming back to small businesses with that experience.
- 2014Websites for local businessesMy first jobs were websites for businesses down the street, from design to launch. The same kind of client I work for today, twelve years earlier.
- 2015Frontend for big brandsAt an agency I led projects for companies in energy, travel and transport. I learned to deliver on time when a corporation is on the other side.
- 2017Eight years in one SaaS productFrom founding frontend engineer to team lead. I built the core of the product, a contract editor, then led the team that shipped AI data extraction from documents and lifted completed contracts from a third to a half.
- 2025Five people run the whole productAfter the company was acquired I lead the team that maintains all of it, frontend, backend, infrastructure and support. AI agents in the daily work. That is how I know one person with the right tools can carry a small business project end to end.
- 2026Executive MBA and KambolabData Science track, thesis on teams where people and AI agents work side by side. And Kambolab, the same approach for small businesses.
Fig. 04Why one person
An agency charges you for five people. You need one who knows your business.
At an agency your project passes through a sales rep, a manager, a designer, a developer and a support desk. Each one costs money and each knows only their piece. With me you pay for one person who heard your problem from the start and wrote the code.
- 01
You talk to me, not a salesperson.
You start with me and you finish with me. The same person listens, designs and writes the code, so nothing gets lost along the way. And if the project is too big for one person, I will tell you on that first call.
- 02
The price in the contract is the final price.
You get a first draft with a quote within 48 hours, no strings attached. If we go ahead, you pay what we agreed, in three instalments. No extras along the way.
- 03
You see progress every week, not at the end.
Every week you get a link to a version you can click through, not a slide deck. If something is off, you say so and I change it before it goes any further.
- 04
After launch I do not disappear.
For three months after launch I fix bugs at no extra cost. After that you write to me, not a helpline, and every change comes from the person who wrote the code.
- First draftA call, one page, three screens in Paper
- DesignMockups at 1:1 before a line of code
- WebsitesFast and cheap to run, on Astro and Cloudflare
- ShopsShopex, the open-source Elixir engine I maintain
- AppsElixir and React, the same stack I have run at work for eight years
- AIAgents in the daily workflow, which is why one person is enough
- SupportThe same email and the same person who wrote the code
