1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Patryk Domałeczny, trading as Kambolab. For anything about your data, write to kontakt@kambolab.com.
2. What data I collect
First name, last name, email address, phone number and company name that you provide when booking a call or writing to me. I do not collect data I do not need to get in touch.
3. Why I process it
To arrange and hold the call, prepare a first draft with a price and answer your questions (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I keep the data until the conversation ends, and if we sign a contract, for its duration and the period required by law.
4. Calendly and other tools
I use Calendly for booking and Google Workspace for email. These providers process data on my behalf under data processing agreements. Some of them operate outside the EEA, based on standard contractual clauses.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, port your data and object. You can also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
7. The quote form
If you send the quote form, I store your business description, contact details, and the voice note and file if you add them. They go to private storage at Cloudflare (R2) and are deleted automatically after 90 days. I use them only to prepare the scope and reply to you. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile in invisible mode, which checks that a human is submitting without asking you to solve anything. Turnstile processes data under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum (cloudflare.com/turnstile-privacy-policy). Your IP address is used only to limit the number of submissions; it is not stored with the submission (I keep the country only).
